How Lenovo boosted it’s launch with an AR Game
Maximizing the popularity of Instagram AR Filters
As part of the launch campaign for the new AMD powered Lenovo Legion 5, one of the world’s most popular gaming laptops, we built a game that customers and fans could play and try to win prizes. The campaign was run in Singapore across Instagram and utilized media promotions and influencers to seed participation during the launch campaign.
In this game, users had to control the position of the new Lenovo
Legion 5 with their head gestures, tilting their head left and right
to collect and discover powerful features, and avoid the bad
features, all to try and get a highs score to win prizes.
Gamification and gratification is a very powerful tool that works well to drive participation in campaigns of different kinds. Engaging users and answering the question, “what’s in it for me?”, through seamless user journeys and enjoyable unique experiences.
