Royal Enfield launches an Instagram Augmented Reality filter for a new bike launch

Royal Enfield India has partnered with creative tech studio AliveNow to launch an AR Filter celebrating their brand-new launch, the SCRAM 411 Adventure Bike.

Social Media AR filters are a steadily growing vertical for brands to create experiential virtual contact with their products. AR filters are an undeniable way for brands to take things up a notch and engage with customers at a hyper-immersive level.

Just as every person is unique, every rider has a distinct personality. So, what type of SCRAM Rider are you? The SRAM 411 filter has you covered with 6 individual personalities and attributes. AliveNow worked alongside with RE to build this AR filter that creates a fun, interactive experience giving customers the opportunity to express themselves through their unique rider personalities.

Pranav Sitaraman, Senior Account Manager at AliveNow added, “Being a biker myself, I believe that people are like motorcycles, each is custom-built a little distinctly. Leveraging this for the young RE riders, it was important that we implement the colorways of the bike, conceptualizing and manifesting these to reflect very unique personalities. The filter fundamentally echoes the RE badge with a fresh avatar, tying it all together by either choosing to be a SCRAM Hustler, a SCRAM Jammer or my personal favorite, the SCRAM Trooper”
